Introduction
We're looking for a Systems Completion Coordinator to work with one of our major Oil and Gas clients in Houston Area.
What are you going to do
- Assist the Systems Completions Manager with the development of draft systemized P&IDs, SLDs, and network diagrams (SFD markup provided).
- Develop matrices indicating commissioning activities required per system, based on project requirements and reference data.
- Support the preparation of commissioning sequences, schedules, and milestone plans.
- Review Quality Plans and associated ITPs; coordinate with Company and Contractor teams regarding checksheet allocation and content.
- Review initial asset lists (provided by third parties) and coordinate contractor review.
- Coordinate compilation and assignment of piping test pack data with contractors.
- Provide oversight for digitalization of checksheet templates.
- Oversee MSP services responsible for database initialization and population.
- Assist with the creation of project reporting tools using Excel and Power BI.
- Oversee creation of Hexagon user profiles and provide Hexagon training as needed.
- Coordinate third-party interface management and data integration.
Essential skills and knowledgeÂ
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical discipline preferred; equivalent work experience accepted.
- 5-10 years of experience in systems completions, commissioning, or construction project execution.
- Hands-on experience with database systems such as Hexagon (Smart Completions/HxGN), HSC, or equivalent.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Power BI reporting tools.
- Strong understanding of commissioning and turnover documentation processes.
- Excellent coordination, communication, and organizational skills.
