Introduction
We are recruiting a Production Head to join one of our leading multinational clients and their expanding team. This position is based in Ahmedabad and offers an excellent opportunity for experienced proposal management professionals in the Renewable Energy sector.
What are you going to do
Position: Production Head.
Contract: On Permanent Role.
- Overall responsibility for Production activities across the Plant.
- Contribute towards creating and implement the best manufacturing practice, policies, processes and procedures to aid and improve business performance
- Ensure that Plant processes are in place to meet business objectives and operational needs in terms of costs, quality and delivery targets and which enables the company to function and compete effectively in the market
- Take ownership of the Production and Maintenance policies, guidelines and any associated documents
- Demonstrated Leadership skill at leading Production function at a Plant level
- Ensure that Environmental, Health and Safety, manufacturing and quality standards and procedures are adhered to.
Essential skills and knowledgeÂ
- Engineering Graduate preferably with Post graduation/diploma in Operations Management.
- 10-15 years, with at least 5 years of experience of independently leading Production function of a large to mid-sized organization.
- MS Office and Hands-on working experience on SAP environment.
