Introduction
- Prepares and cataloging Materials in RSPL (Recommended Spare Parts List’s) into SAP database.
What are you going to do
- Provides expertise for assessing spare parts capacity and operating supplies requirements of the project.
- Assist materials team by liaising with OPCO for the list of materials required
- Cataloging and preparing spares material database for uploading to SAP-Materials Modules as part of Spares & Operating Supplies Team (SOST)
- Inspecting materials received in warehouse, to obtain additional/improved Descriptions and latest Parts numbers.
- Review Recommended Spare Parts List (RSPL) for procedural correctness
- Research, retrieve the missing or incomplete information to meet Company standards.
- Review the item created for the improvements of buying texts during procurement process or warehouse inspection stage
- Cross checks existing SAP records and inventory for duplication including the use of Spares and SAP search functionalities.
- Update RSPL and Project Material Master Form with comprehensive Technical Buying Description.
- Adhere to all Company safety, health, environmental and security procedures, rules and Regulation
Essential skills and knowledge
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering.
- Good SAP knowledge in MM modules
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Minimum of Eight (8) years experience in materials management, mainly in Oil and Gas Industry
