The Civil Supervisor is responsible for coordinating and overseeing civil maintenance and construction activities across access roads, well pads, drainage systems, and associated site infrastructure. Maintain accurate daily reporting and documentation of works completed. Liaise with land access teams to confirm permissions prior to site entry. Ensure construction schedules, updates, and changes are communicated effectively. Identify risks, escalate issues, and support continuous improvement initiatives. Participate in emergency response activities as required.
