Introduction

We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Structure Supervisor to join our team at Brunel International. This position is crucial for our FPSO projects and offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our company.

What are you going to do

As a Structure Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the structural construction activities related to FPSO projects. Your main duties will include supervising the installation, maintenance, and repair of structural components on FPSOs, ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations. You will work closely with project managers, engineers, and other team members to ensure timely and cost-effective completion of projects.

Essential skills and knowledge

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field

- Chinese(Mandarin Speaking)- Minimum of 5 years of experience in structural construction, preferably in the oil and gas industry
- Proven experience as a supervisor or team leader- Strong knowledge of FPSO structures and construction processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities- Valid certifications in relevant areas (e.g., safety, project management)
