Coating Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate coating operations on-site during all project phases.
• Ensure compliance with coating specifications, safety standards, and quality control procedures.
• Manage coating subcontractors and coordinate with other construction teams.
• Conduct surface inspections, verify surface preparation, and monitor coating application for conformity.
• Maintain documentation, including coating reports, inspection records, and quality logs.
• Troubleshoot coating issues and implement corrective actions promptly.
