We are seeking a Scheduler to support a large-scale data centre construction project, responsible for developing, monitoring, and maintaining detailed project schedules. The ideal candidate will coordinate with project teams to ensure accurate progress tracking, identify potential delays, and provide proactive solutions to keep the project on track. This role requires strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills to drive project efficiency and on-time delivery.
Develop, update, and maintain the overall project schedule using recognized planning tools (e.g., Primavera P6 or MS Project).
Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to collect progress data and align timelines.
Monitor project milestones, identify potential delays, and recommend recovery or mitigation plans.
Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, including schedule variance and forecast analysis.
Support project meetings by providing accurate schedule updates and critical path analysis.
Ensure all schedule activities comply with project execution plans and client requirements.
Collaborate with the project controls team to integrate cost, resource, and schedule data.
Maintain proper documentation and version control of schedule files.
Support continuous improvement of scheduling procedures and planning standards across the project.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
Minimum 10 years of experience in project scheduling within construction, EPC, or data centre projects.
Proficient in Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project.
Strong understanding of project planning principles, critical path method (CPM), and progress measurement.
Experience coordinating with multidisciplinary teams (engineering, procurement, construction).
Excellent analytical, communication, and reporting skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Familiar with technical drawings, construction sequencing, resource loading, and interface management.
Knowledge of E&M systems (electrical, mechanical, HVAC, fire protection, and ELV) within data centre environments is a strong plus.
Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
