Introduction

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Data Architect to design, implement, and manage our organization's Salesforce data management systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining a scalable, secure, and efficient data architecture that meets the needs of our business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement data models, data governance policies, and data quality processes to ensure data integrity and consistency across the organization
Develop and maintain a comprehensive data architecture strategy that aligns with business objectives and ensures data availability, security, and compliance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize data requirements, and develop solutions to meet those needs
Develop and maintain data pipelines, data warehouses, and data lakes to support business intelligence, analytics, and reporting
Ensure data security, privacy, and compliance with regulatory requirements such as GDPR, HIPAA, and CCPA
Develop and maintain data governance policies, procedures, and standards to ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency
Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems and applications
Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior team members and stakeholders
Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features, best practices, and industry trends

Essential skills and knowledge

7+ years of experience in data architecture, with a focus on Salesforce
Strong understanding of Salesforce data models, data governance, and data quality processes
Experience with Salesforce products such as Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Service Cloud
Strong knowledge of data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes
Experience with data governance, data quality, and data security
Experience with .NET and SSIS
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and develop creative solutions
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams
Strong understanding of data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js
Experience with Agile development methodologies and version control systems such as Git

Desired Qualifications

Experience with Salesforce technologies such as Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components
Knowledge of cloud-based data platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
Experience with data science and machine learning technologies such as Python, R, or TensorFlow
Certification in Salesforce Data Architecture or related field
