We are recruiting a Personal Assistant to join one of our leading multinational clients and their expanding team. This position is based in Pune and offers an excellent opportunity for experienced proposal management professionals in the Conventional Energy sector.

What are you going to do

Position: Personal Assistant.

Contract: On Contract role.

  • This role provides high-level administrative, organizational, and secretarial support to a VP-level leader. The Personal Assistant will manage calendars, coordinate travel, prepare documents, and act as a primary liaison between the leader and internal/external stakeholders globally.

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Experience Required: 8–10 years;
  • Education: Graduate / Postgraduate;
  • Excellent in Verbal and written Communication with MS Office , Teams etc, Secretarial Activities, Stakeholder Management , Domestic & International Travel Management relevant exp should be more than 5 years .
