What are you going to do

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate project and turnaround activities for the assigned asset.
  • Develop and maintain project and outage plans using planning software.
  • Prioritize work to ensure efficient response, backlog management, and cost control.
  • Create detailed job packs with all relevant job plan information.
  • Coordinate work orders and schedules with Project, Construction, Operations, and Maintenance teams.
  • Develop weekly, monthly, quarterly, and 4-year look-ahead schedules by working closely with supervisors, engineers, and technicians.
  • Manage manpower dispatching and availability in coordination with supervision.
  • Provide technical support within CMMS modules and ensure proper work order documentation.
  • Identify material requirements and interface with vendors and supply chain as needed.
  • Assist in KPI development and reporting on schedule compliance, including analysis of deviations, variations, and trends.
  • Recommend and implement procedural changes as necessary.
  • Assist in writing procedures and training materials to enhance team effectiveness.
  • Support budget development and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to meet business needs.

Experience:
  • Minimum of 5 years of maintenance experience using SAP in the oil & gas or petrochemical industry.
  • Strong working knowledge of SAP S/4HANA required.
  • Hands-on experience with Planning, Scheduling, and Execution best practices.
  • Familiarity with Prometheus or other scheduling software preferred.
  • Experience using MS Project or Primavera P6 a plus.
  • Skilled in planning small to medium-scale projects involving scaffolding, painting, insulation, heavy equipment operation, rigging/lifting, welding, fabrication, and machining.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience in PHMSA-regulated pipeline facilities and/or with gas compression and metering equipment preferred.

Essential skills and knowledge 

Education:
  • Minimum High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Technical Degree or similar certification preferred.-

Certifications / Licenses:

  • Must hold or be able to obtain a TWIC card in good standing.
  • Valid State-Issued Driver's License required.
