What are you going to do
Brunel is recruiting Electrical Planners to work in Sabine Pass, TX on a contract that is initially 12 months with likelihood of extending.
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Planner to join the operations team on a long-term contract basis.
This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and procuring electrical maintenance activities to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operations at the facility.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage maintenance plans for electrical systems, equipment, and infrastructure.
- Utilize SAP to create work orders, manage scheduling, and handle procurement activities.
- Coordinate with operations, maintenance, and procurement teams to ensure timely execution of work.
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards; foster a culture of accountability and adherence to procedures.
- Support continuous improvement by tracking work history and optimizing maintenance strategies.
- Collaborate with field teams to ensure clear communication of job scopes and resource requirements.
Essential skills and knowledge
Qualifications:
- Prior experience as an electrician or electrical technician; background in industrial facilities strongly preferred.
- Hands-on SAP experience, including work order management and procurement functions.
- Strong knowledge of electrical maintenance practices within industrial or energy facilities.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and follow established procedures.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and planning skills.
