Support execution of the project's Environmental, Safety, and Health (ESH) Program.
Assist in the development and implementation of Safety and Health Management Plans, procedures, and training.
Collaborate with Engineering, Construction, Procurement, and other teams to ensure integration of safety requirements.
Interpret safety regulations and contribute to risk assessments and plan development.
Research and prepare documentation on safety regulations and compliance.
Support safety audits, incident investigations, and emergency response.
Conduct ESH inspections and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
Facilitate communication with stakeholders, subcontractors, and project teams.
Participate in key safety meetings and performance reviews.
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Health, Engineering, or related field with 5-8 years of relevant experience,
9-12 years of relevant safety-related work experience.
Skills & Knowledge:
Specialized knowledge in safety disciplines (e.g., PPE, lockout/tagout, fall protection, excavation, etc.).
Familiarity with safety management systems and risk methodologies.
Understanding of regulatory frameworks and permitting processes.
Insight into engineering, construction, and subcontractor workflows.
Strong communication and computer skills.
Additional Requirements:
Bilingual (Spanish/English) is required.
Degree in safety, industrial/public health, or mechanical/process engineering preferred.
