Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the commissioning of electrical systems with a focus on Power Management Systems, including system integration, testing, and validation.
- Develop and execute commissioning plans, procedures, and schedules aligned with project requirements and industry standards.
- Perform functional testing of PMS components such as load shedding, synchronization, power factor correction, and energy monitoring.
- Interface with design engineers, project managers, and vendors to ensure proper installation and configuration of PMS hardware and software.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during commissioning, ensuring optimal system performance and reliability.
- Document commissioning results, prepare detailed reports, and support handover to operations and maintenance teams.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, electrical codes, and quality standards throughout the commissioning process.
- Provide training and technical support to client personnel on PMS operation and maintenance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience in electrical commissioning, with a strong emphasis on Power Management Systems.
- Strong understanding of electrical protection, control systems, and energy distribution networks.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical schematics, single-line diagrams, and control logic.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
