Purpose
The Commissioning ICSS Supervisor oversees and coordinate daily interface with the site team, monitoring the scope of work related to ICSS discipline, in compliance with the project HSSE, Quality and schedule requirements defined in the construction & commissioning execution plan.
Responsibilities
- You are responsible for ensuring that all construction & commissioning activities of your discipline are carried out at site according to the approved plans, specifications and project schedule, in compliance with HSSE & Quality regulations and standards.
- You supervise the daily operations of your discipline at site including workforce management, material handling, and equipment usage and ensuring the site team is working with latest project drawings, specifications and procedures.
- You enforce HSSE protocols and procedures to ensure all construction activities comply with company regulations and standards.
- You coordinate between the construction & commissioning team, project management, and other stakeholders to resolve issues or conflicts.
- You provide guidance and resolving challenges to achieve seamless transitions and handovers.
- You implement changes to the construction & commissioning plan or scope, assessing impacts on the project.
- You prepare and submit reports to the project management team, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and recommendations.
Education
At least a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a relevant Engineering field
Experience
- Minimum 10 years of experience as an ICSS Commissioning Supervisor or similar role, with a strong understanding of construction & commissioning management processes in the relevant discipline.
- Ability to read blueprints, plans, and technical documents
- Relevant experience in FPSO EPC projects
