Introduction
- Coordinate and track cybersecurity activities across Company, Contractors, and Suppliers throughout the project lifecycle.
- Verify that all prerequisites for cybersecurity tasks are established and fulfilled by Contractors / Suppliers prior to initiating any related activities.
- Monitor and follow-up on key deliverables from Contractors and Vendors, including reports, asset inventories, execution plan, IP address lists, punch lists, and other relevant documentation.
- Ensure effective management of assigned cybersecurity tasks in alignment with the project execution plan and contractual obligations, covering all applicable requirements.
- Track and manage cybersecurity deviations and change orders, ensuring timely and proactive responses from the Company to relevant Contractor/Supplier inputs.
What are you going to do
- Coordinate and monitor cybersecurity project activities, timelines, and deliverables.
- Work closely with cybersecurity engineers, analysts, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Track project milestones, deliverables, and dependencies using project management tools.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation including project plans, risk registers, meeting minutes, and status reports.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units.
- Attend weekly meetings with Contractors and Supplier and track the agreed actions.
- Support compliance with cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, IEC 62443).
- Identify and escalate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Coordinate cybersecurity awareness initiatives rollouts.
- Ensure proper documentation and handover of completed projects to operations or support teams.
Essential skills and knowledge
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in project coordination or project management, preferably in cybersecurity or IT.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts, tools, and frameworks.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira).
- PMP, PRINCE2, or CAPM and GICSP or CISSP certification are a plus.
- Knowledge of OT/ICS environments is an advantage.
- Understanding of cybersecurity risk management and governance.
- Experience working in regulated industries (e.g., energy, oil & gas, utilities).
- Familiar with Total general specifications is a plus, and with relevant international codes and standards.
- A strong organizational and multitasking skills with ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership skills and good communication and analytical skills.
- Language: fluent English.
- Ability to travel and work on projects in a complex and multicultural environment
