What are you going to do
Ensure incident-free operations through continuous monitoring and leadership engagement.
Assess project progress and take corrective actions to mitigate delays and cost overruns.
Oversee and motivate multidisciplinary teams including engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and operations.
Approve and reject construction methodologies, work packs, lifting plans, and site procedures.
Manage resource allocation, productivity, and construction sequencing.
Manage and resolve construction constraints and interface issues.
Ensure timely completion of milestones and project deliverables.
Give guidance on progress reports, manpower deployment, and productivity metrics. Manage construction costs and progress against approved baselines.
Plan and guide recovery planning and schedule optimization initiatives.
Ensure effective communication with clients, consultants, contractors, and project teams.
Essential skills and knowledge
Bachelor's degree in science or engineering.
Minimum of 12-years' experience with large projects in construction related disciplines (e.g., construction, installation, fabrication, execution, completion, hook-up, etc.) in the Oil & Gas Industry, including 3-years of management level experience in construction related disciplines, engineering, or project management with overall responsibility for an EPC execution.
Proficient in Word, Excel, Adobe, PowerPoint and Outlook

Well-developed interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with several organizational levels
