Introduction

We are hiring a CSU Completion Engineer to lead commissioning and start-up activities. You'll ensure all systems are installed, tested, and operational per project standards. Indonesian passport holders only. Join us and make an impact!

What are you going to do

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, update, and implement commissioning and start-up plans in the structured Completion System.
Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely completion of commissioning activities.
Conduct inspections and tests to verify the functionality and performance of systems and equipment.
Identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies during the commissioning process.
Maintain detailed documentation of commissioning activities, including test results, reports, and certifications.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards throughout the commissioning assurance process.
Provide technical support and guidance to project teams and clients.
Provide weekly and monthly reports.
Develop Project Best Practices, Play-book, and Newsletter.
Promote and communicate success stories and recognition.
Actively support Operation Readiness
Develop Operation Readiness and Commissioning Tools in System.

Essential skills and knowledge

Qualifications:

Indonesian nationality
Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in commissioning and start-up activities.
Strong knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in relevant software and tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification.
Experience in Oil Gas Industry
Knowledge in Project Management.
