About this role

  • Receipt and dispatch goods, ensuring accuracy against purchase orders and delivery notes
  • Verify material certifications and documentation in line with ISO 9001 standards
  • Conduct regular cycle counts and stocktakes to ensure inventory accuracy
  • Maintain clean, efficient, and well-organised storage areas for quick and accurate picking/packing
  • Handle all products safely, including hazardous or sensitive goods
  • Prepare orders for dispatch and liaise with freight providers and couriers to meet delivery deadlines
  • Ensure goods are packaged appropriately and labeled clearly
  • Assist in operating and maintaining warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks)
  • Participate in regular safety checks and maintain compliance with WHS policies
  • Support the ongoing improvement of inventory systems and warehouse procedures
  • Maintain a high standard of housekeeping across all warehouse zones
  • Provide support across other warehouse or logistics tasks as required during busy periods

Is this you?

  • Intermediate experience in a warehouse, distribution, or logistics role
  • A current forklift licence (LF) and a valid driver's licence
  • Solid experience with inventory control, order dispatch, and stock accuracy
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Good communication skills to work closely with both internal teams and transport providers
  • A sound understanding of workplace health and safety practices
  • Comfortable using basic tools such as Microsoft Outlook and Excel for stock records and order processing
