About this role

As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional client experience from enquiry through to settlement. This diverse role combines sales, house & land coordination, administration, and developer relationship management. You'll use your local knowledge and industry expertise to provide tailored solutions for clients while supporting the business with accurate data management and land coordination.

  • Engage and guide buyers through the house & land sales process.
  • Present home designs, land options, and tailored packages.
  • Prepare and manage contracts, disclosure plans, and PODs.
  • Maintain strong relationships with developers and land agents.
  • Keep land availability, pricing, and packages accurate and up to date.
  • Input and manage sales data in Runway and HubSpot.
  • Follow up on finance approvals, deposits, and land settlements.
  • Stay across market trends and competitor activity.
  • Work Saturdays with flexibility on hours.

Is this you?

  • Proven experience in house & land sales, retail sales, or land coordination.
  • Strong knowledge of land and developer relationships.
  • Proficient with CRM systems (Runway, HubSpot or similar).
  • Highly organised, self-sufficient, and detail-focused.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Local knowledge of the Northern Suburbs, essential.
  • Available to work on Saturdays.
