Mobilisation Coordinator

We're looking for an organised and proactive professional to manage the end-to-end mobilisation of personnel across our projects. In this fast-paced role, you'll coordinate travel, accommodation, compliance, and site access while working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders. Managing mobilisation processes to ensure the timely deployment of personnel
Coordinating travel, accommodation, and site access for all mobilisations
Ensuring 100% compliance with project and regulatory requirements
Booking training and inductions as required
Liaising with internal departments, clients, and external vendors
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date mobilisation records in internal systems and trackers
Roster: Monday to Friday
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Proven experience in a similar mobilisation or recruitment support role in the construction discipline
Strong attention to detail with excellent time-management and organisational skills
Clear communication and problem-solving abilities
The ability to remain calm under pressure in a dynamic environment
Proficiency in onboarding platforms such as SuccessFactors, ISNetworld, Avetta/Pegasus, Enable, INX, SitePass
