Introduction

On behalf of our client, Woodside Energy - a Global Energy Company, Brunel is presently sourcing a Project Logistics Coordinator. You will be a responsible for the delivery of end-to-end Project Logistics for Projects and drive success in preparation for handover to Operations. This will be a 12-month contract located in the Perth CBD office.

About this role

Coordinating of Project Logistics activities
Supporting and maintaining Chain of Responsibility and HSE outcomes
Daily coordination between internal and external stakeholders such as Contractors, Suppliers, Projects, Operations, Warehousing, Inventory, Logistics
Forecasting, tracking and monitoring delivery of freight to warehouse
Execute Logistics Assurance Plan activities for preparation of receipt of materials into Company Care, Custody and Control
Support the Project Operations Readiness Team with Project Logistics / Planning for execution of Operations
Execute Ready to Receipt activities, support and coordinate Receipt Discrepancy close out
Forecasting and planning warehousing storage requirements
Support execution of handover to operations
Monitor and confirm project alignment to internal end-to-end supply chain and logistics requirements
Work with warehousing focal to organise receipt, storage and preservation of materials
Execute internal project specific audits for Project Logistics
Coordinate transport requests
Lead and coordinate weekly Project Logistics meetings, as well as attend weekly Stakeholder meetings
Maintaining SOX Compliance

Is this you?

Experience in end to end Project Logistics or Freight Forwarding
Previous SAP S/4HANA experience is required
Strong analytical skills
Exceptional communication skills with an ability to manage change across various stakeholders
Proven capability to build and sustain multidisciplinary and cross-functional relationships
