Introduction

On behalf of our client, Woodside Energy - a Global Energy Company, Brunel is presently sourcing a Project Logistics Coordinator. You will be a responsible for the delivery of end-to-end Project Logistics for Projects and drive success in preparation for handover to Operations. This will be a 12-month contract located in the Perth CBD office.

About this role

  • Coordinating of Project Logistics activities
  • Supporting and maintaining Chain of Responsibility and HSE outcomes
  • Daily coordination between internal and external stakeholders such as Contractors, Suppliers, Projects, Operations, Warehousing, Inventory, Logistics
  • Forecasting, tracking and monitoring delivery of freight to warehouse
  • Execute Logistics Assurance Plan activities for preparation of receipt of materials into Company Care, Custody and Control
  • Support the Project Operations Readiness Team with Project Logistics / Planning for execution of Operations
  • Execute Ready to Receipt activities, support and coordinate Receipt Discrepancy close out
  • Forecasting and planning warehousing storage requirements
  • Support execution of handover to operations
  • Monitor and confirm project alignment to internal end-to-end supply chain and logistics requirements
  • Work with warehousing focal to organise receipt, storage and preservation of materials
  • Execute internal project specific audits for Project Logistics
  • Coordinate transport requests
  • Lead and coordinate weekly Project Logistics meetings, as well as attend weekly Stakeholder meetings
  • Maintaining SOX Compliance

Is this you?

  • Experience in end to end Project Logistics or Freight Forwarding
  • Previous SAP S/4HANA experience is required
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Exceptional communication skills with an ability to manage change across various stakeholders
  • Proven capability to build and sustain multidisciplinary and cross-functional relationships
