Contracts Administrator

Brunel is partnering with a well-regarded Tier 2 commercial builder to appoint a Contracts Administrator based at their head office on Brisbane's inner south side. This is a long-term opportunity supporting project delivery teams across a range of education and food production builds.
This is a key commercial role supporting the full lifecycle of multiple projects. You will work closely with Project Managers, Estimators and Site Managers to manage procurement, track financial performance and maintain contract compliance across both new builds and major refurbishments.
Key Responsibilities
This is a long-term opportunity based in the company's head office. You will work across a stable pipeline of repeat client work with the backing of a collaborative and experienced commercial team.
