Introduction

On behalf of our client, a World Leader within the Energy / Oil & Gas industry, Brunel is presently sourcing a Vendor HRIS Coordinator with technical expertise in SuccessFactors. This will be casual contract located in the Corporate Perth CBD office.

About this role

  • Process all transactional Contractor Work Force / Vendor data requests
  • Maintain data integrity of SuccessFactors and downstream systems
  • Manage/monitor data integrations / line leader changes
  • Maintain and create position for CWF/Vendor workforce
  • Verifying and maintain accurate data including seeking clarification where required
  • Actively participate in system enhancement and upgrade efforts using previously demonstrated experience and HR Master Data knowledge and experience
  • Assist in preparation of various reports / audit requests / UAT (User Acceptance Testing / test scripts for system enhancements

Is this you?

  • Previous experience in SuccessFactors (SAP) and data integration
  • Demonstrated experience in Company policies and procedures
  • Experience in business process change and training end users within the Oil & Gas and Mining sectors
  • Highly proficient in MS Office Suite, specifically Word and Excel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong technical knowledge with SuccessFactors (SAP) is essential
  • MyPass or similar contractor competency management and onboarding systems
