About this role

As the Technical Services Manager, you'll play a critical leadership role in managing the delivery of high-voltage testing, commissioning, and asset management services across major energy infrastructure projects. The role offers diversity, challenge, and the chance to work across the full asset lifecycle - from commissioning to decommissioning.

You will lead multidisciplinary teams, ensure operational excellence, and be a key driver of quality, safety, and innovation across national projects.

  • Lead and coordinate testing and commissioning activities for HV assets and SCADA/EMS/DMS/TMS systems
  • Oversee a national team of engineers and technicians across multiple projects and locations
  • Manage stakeholder relationships, project deliverables, and quality assurance
  • Champion asset management strategies that maximise operational life and performance
  • Drive improvements through technology adoption and streamlined processes
  • Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental and regulatory standards

Is this you?

  • Extensive technical experience in high voltage commissioning, testing, and asset management
  • Strong leadership and team management background in an engineering or field services setting
  • Experience working with SCADA, EMS, DMS, or TMS systems
  • Excellent organisational and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to travel nationally as required
  • Electrical engineering qualifications or equivalent industry experience
