Introduction

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Indonesian Site HSE Supervisor to join our team. What are you going to do

As the Site HSE Supervisor, you will play a key role in promoting a culture of safety and compliance at our project sites. Your responsibilities will include leading hazard identification, conducting risk analysis, and investigating incidents to prevent future occurrences. You will implement HSE development programs in alignment with company and client standards, conduct regular inspections and safety walks, and deliver HSE training sessions as required. Additionally, you will coordinate site induction training, enforce HSE requirements, and ensure timely reporting of all HSE-related matters.

Essential skills and knowledge

Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety or related discipline
Minimum 5 years of experience in HSE supervision within industrial project environments (oil & gas, power, or heavy industry preferred)
Strong knowledge of international HSE standards and regulations
Proven ability to interact with both local and expatriate teams
Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and reporting skills
Relevant HSE certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA, ISO, or equivalent) are an advantage
