Plays a pivotal role in overseeing all instrumentation commissioning activities for the E-House fabrication project. Ensures that all control, monitoring, and safety systems are properly installed, tested, and integrated in alignment with project specifications, client expectations, and international standards.
Working closely with engineering, construction, and quality teams, lead the planning and execution of pre-commissioning and commissioning works, including calibration, loop checks, functional testing, troubleshooting, and system validation. Strong technical expertise, effective leadership, and the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders to ensure safe, timely, and successful project delivery.
Lead and supervise all pre-commissioning and commissioning activities for instrumentation systems in the E-House fabrication project.
Ensure proper installation, calibration, loop checks, functional testing, and troubleshooting of all control and monitoring instruments.
Coordinate with engineering, construction, quality, and HSE teams to ensure compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and international standards.
Manage and guide subcontractors and technicians, ensuring quality workmanship and timely completion of tasks.
Prepare and review commissioning procedures, test reports, progress updates, and final handover documentation.
Identify and resolve technical issues during commissioning to minimize delays and risks.
Monitor schedule adherence and support project management in achieving key milestones.
Ensure safe work practices are implemented and maintained throughout commissioning activities.
Act as a key point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and internal teams regarding instrumentation commissioning matters.
Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline (or equivalent technical qualification).
Minimum 10 years of experience in instrumentation commissioning within fabrication, oil & gas, or EPC projects.
Proven expertise in pre-commissioning and commissioning activities, including calibration, loop checks, functional testing, and troubleshooting.
Strong knowledge of international standards and best practices related to instrumentation and control systems.
Experience in supervising subcontractors, technicians, and multi-disciplinary teams in a project environment.
Familiarity with commissioning procedures, documentation, and handover requirements.
Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills with stakeholders at all levels.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and ability to work under pressure in fast-paced project settings.
Commitment to safety standards and quality assurance throughout project execution.
Willingness to work on-site at fabrication yards or project locations as required.
