Introduction

This is a development-focused Project Administrator position supporting a specialist operations provider delivering personnel and logistics solutions to major offshore and onshore projects.

You will join a structured and collaborative team where you will receive hands-on training across project administration, internal systems, document control and coordination processes. As your capability develops, you will progressively take on greater responsibility, providing a clear pathway into a Project Coordinator role.

Initially, the role will focus on delivering high-quality administrative support, maintaining accurate project documentation and assisting with reporting and stakeholder communication.

What are you going to do

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Operations team, maintaining accurate project registers, trackers and documentation
  • Prepare reports, status updates and data using Excel and internal systems
  • Support onboarding, compliance documentation and general project administration
  • Assist with travel bookings, mobilisation packs and personnel logistics as part of your development into coordination tasks
  • Update workforce trackers and support roster administration
  • Liaise with internal teams including HR, Payroll and Training to ensure information is accurate and up to date
  • Communicate with internal stakeholders and external service providers to support smooth project delivery
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of administrative and project support processes

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Demonstrated experience in a corporate administration role
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational capability
  • Professional communication skills and ability to work across multiple stakeholders
  • Motivated to learn and progress into a Project Coordinator role
