  • Drive core cycle programming (typically 3-5 day cycles) in line with the programme

  • Coordinate rebar, PT, embeds, and services penetrations with design teams

  • Manage RFIs, shop drawings and consultant coordination

  • Assist with subcontractor procurement and package management

  • Monitor programme performance, reporting, and cost impacts

  • Conduct site inspections ensuring compliance with design, quality, and safety standards

Essential skills and knowledge

  • Bachelor of Engineering (Civil or Structural)

  • 4-8 years' experience as a Project or Site Engineer on multi-storey concrete projects

  • Demonstrated experience on high-rise towers utilising jump form / self-climbing systems

  • Strong understanding of vertical construction sequencing and programme critical path

  • Experienced in coordinating formwork, reinforcement, PT and concrete trades

  • Commercially aware, with exposure to variations and subcontractor management

  • Confident communicator able to liaise effectively with subcontractors and consultants
