What are you going to do

SERVICE PURPOSE:

Manage all CMIMS (Computerized Maintenance Inspection Management System) activities on MZLNG plant for conducting Maintenance efficiently and ensuring the technical integrity and required availability of equipment's.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage the usage of CMIMS PM module to ensure optimum usage of the system functions and data integrity.
Review, maintain and update the CMIMS database as per Company Policy.
Review and Upload data for the different Maintenance Services.
Extract data for KPIs, reports, follow-up of Preventive Maintenance Plans, OPEX, spare parts…
Start and adjust dates for preventive maintenance plans.
Control reporting of planned and unplanned interventions through CMIMS and that analysis of interventions is done by all departments.
Review periodically the preventive maintenance plans, adjust frequencies as advised by disciplines via change requests.
Review and update master data as advised by disciplines via change requests.
Lead the communications on CMIMS upgrades or systems changes to users.
Supervise and ensure the coherence of the scheduling of all change requests.
Attach documents links where required.
Provide one to one training in the basic operation of CMIMS as required by users

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

Excellent knowledge of SAP MM & PM modules, MIEC
Good knowledge of equipment installed in a LNG plant (electrical, instrumentation, mechanical, equipment, etc.)
Good Knowledge of computer applications and methods.
Excellent command of written and spoken English.

Essential skills and knowledge

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND BACKGROUND

Qualifications:

Bachelor of higher education in Instrumentation or Electronic Engineering or equivalent with international standard and solid experience

Experience:

Minimum 15 years specific maintenance experience in oil, gas or petrochemical industry
Minimum 7 years in LNG producing plants, not LNG terminals
Minimum 7 years in SAP PM module (CMIMS)
