Introduction

We are currently hiring for a Vice President, Pharmacy Services & Digital Transformation to lead our clients Pharmacy Services Program operations, including digital product development, service delivery, and technology enablement. This executive will play a pivotal role in scaling an innovative digital portfolio, enhancing service quality, and driving operational excellence across the PSP offerings.

What are you going to do 

  • Strategic Leadership:

    • Define and execute the strategic vision for Pharmacy Services aligned with corporate growth objectives.
    • Champion the integration of digital capabilities into PSP operations to enhance value and quality.
    • Lead global expansion efforts, adapting PSP models to international markets and regulatory frameworks.
    • Collaborate with executive leadership to shape long-term innovation and investment strategies.

    Operational Excellence:

    • Oversee all aspects of PSP operations, including service delivery, digital product development, and technology infrastructure.
    • Ensure compliance with global regulatory standards and maintain robust Quality Management Systems (QMS).
    • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality, patient outcomes, and achieve industry-leading results in cost productivity

    Team & Culture Building:

    • Lead, mentor, and develop a multidisciplinary team including pharmacy operations, digital product managers, and technology developers.
    • Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and collaboration.
    • Attract and retain top talent in pharmacy and digital health.

    Stakeholder Engagement:

    • Serve as a key liaison with internal and external stakeholders, including healthcare providers, technology partners, and regulatory bodies.
    • Represent the company at industry forums and contribute to thought leadership in PSP and digital health.

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field is required. Advanced degree (MBA, PharmD, or MSc) preferred.
  • Minimum 15-18 years in the pharmaceutical industry, with at least 10 years in PSP leadership roles.
  • Demonstrated success in leading digital transformation or managing digital health portfolios.
  • Proven experience in globalizing business operations and adapting services to international markets.
  • Solid background in regulatory compliance and QMS oversight in healthcare or life sciences.
  • Visionary leadership with the ability to scale businesses and drive innovation.
  • Strong understanding of PSP models, patient engagement, and healthcare delivery.
  • Proven ability to lead digital product development and technology-enabled services.
  • Deep knowledge of global regulatory environments and quality systems.
  • Track record of delivering measurable improvements in cost productivity and operational performance.
  • Exceptional communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Results-oriented with a passion for quality, value, and patient-centric care.
