Introduction

  • Provide technical support and guidance to clients, stakeholders, and team members throughout

    the project lifecycle.

  • Stay up to date with industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory changes to

    incorporate best practices into project designs.

  • Prepare and review technical documentation, including design drawings, specifications, and

    reports.

  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and industry standards and safety protocols.
  • Train and mentor junior engineers and technicians, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.

What are you going to do 

  • Design and develop solar photovoltaic (PV) systems, including site assessment, system layout,

    and electrical design.

  • Oversee and manage the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of solar PV projects,

    ensuring They meet performance and quality standards.

  • Conduct detailed engineering analysis, including energy yield simulations and financial modeling,

    to optimize system performance and cost-effectiveness.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, engineers, and

    contractors, to ensure successful project delivery.

  • Witness regular inspections and testing of solar PV systems to ensure they operate efficiently and safely.

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering with a focus on renewable energy or equivalent.
  • Professional certification in solar photovoltaic (PV) systems is highly desirable.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in the design, implementation, and management of large-

    scale solar PV projects are required.

  • The candidate should have hands-on experience with projects exceeding 500 MW, with a proven

    track record in overseeing projects from conception to completion.

  • Experience in managing multi-disciplinary teams, conducting feasibility studies.
  • Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations is essential.
