About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Site Engineer / Technician to join our team for a project at the Changi Water Reclamation Plant. This role involves overseeing site activities, ensuring compliance with design specifications, and supporting successful commissioning.

  • Report directly to the Project Manager.
  • Supervise subcontractors on project activities and installation methodology.
  • Conduct site supervision to verify site installation as per design documents.
  • Check availability of materials, tools, and equipment during installation stage as per project specifications.
  • Attend project progress meetings with clients and end users.
  • Follow up with factories/suppliers on any quality issues.
  • Perform site testing and commissioning for all installed equipment.
  • Support the timely commissioning, SCADA / ICS and required testing completion

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related discipline).
  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant site supervision experience.
  • Strong understanding of installation and commissioning processes.
  • Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and manage timelines effectively.

Site Location: Changi Water Reclamation Plant, 10 Changi East Close Road
Work Days: 5 days per weekContract Duration: 1 year
