What are you going to do

Job Responsibilities:

Conduct inspection and testing of the Building Management System (BMS) in a Data Center project.
Verify installation and functionality of BMS components such as sensors, actuators, controllers, and interfaces.
Coordinate with the commissioning team and contractors to ensure compliance with design and standards.
Prepare daily QC reports and documentation related to testing and commissioning activities.
Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards (e.g., SOPs, ISO).

Essential skills and knowledge

Qualifications:

Minimum education: Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1) in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields.
At least 3 years of experience in data center projects, automation, or BMS systems.
Knowledgeable in HVAC control systems, fire alarm, lighting automation, and SCADA/BMS integration.
Able to read and interpret shop drawings, P&ID, and single line diagrams.
Good communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
