Brunel Energy is hiring a Proposal Manager for one of our prestigious clients, a leading Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) company in the UAE — for their Onshore/Offshore projects. This is a direct hire/staff position based in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

What are you going to do

  • Responsible for the setting of methods, strategy and management of the multi-disciplined proposals under their responsibility with accountability for staff supervision and proposal quality and completion;
  • Supervise & review several proposals;
  • Provide recommendations for budget preparation;
  • Review of estimation processes;
  • Focal point for client, partner & sub-contractors;
  • Recommend bidding strategies;
  • Implement agreed strategies & set procedures;
  • Provide input to motivate, train, develop & appraise staff;
  • Compliance in accordance with HSE Standard;
  • Sound multidiscipline technical knowledge;
  • Knowledge of contractual matters;
  • Commercial awareness;
  • Computer literate;
  • Planning and organizational skills;

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Preferably in Mechanical or Electrical), or equivalent;
  • Minimum 15 years' experience in Oil & Gas Industry.
