What are you going to do

Position: Manager HR Operations Lead.

Contract: On Permanent Role.

The HR Operations Lead will be responsible for managing and driving all human resources functions at the solar module manufacturing plant located in Ahmedabad. This role focuses on ensuring smooth execution of HR operations, compliance with labour laws, employee engagement, workforce planning, and coordination between plant and corporate HR. The ideal candidate will have experience in manufacturing HR, strong knowledge of HR operations, and a hands-on approach to plant-level workforce management.

Essential skills and knowledge

MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent from a reputed institute.
10–15 years of HR experience in manufacturing or industrial plant setup.
Prior experience in greenfield / brownfield projects or solar / energy sector preferred
Strong understanding of labour laws and statutory compliance.
Hands-on experience with HR operations, ERP/HRIS systems.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Leadership qualities with a proactive and approachable mindset.
Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
