Introduction

Brunel is seeking a Foreman to join operations in Guyana with a multinational company recognized as a leader in the energy and integrated logistics sector.

This professional will be responsible for directly supervising on-the-ground activities, ensuring the proper execution of daily operations, managing the team under their supervision, and enforcing safety and quality standards.

What are you going to do

  • Oversee field operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company standards;

  • Coordinate work teams, assign tasks, and monitor performance;

  • Enforce safety, quality, and environmental requirements during operations;

  • Report operational deviations and improvement needs to management;

  • Provide practical guidance and technical support to the workforce;

  • Maintain continuous communication with supporting departments;

  • Identify opportunities for process and operational improvements.

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Previous experience in supervising or leading teams in industrial, logistics, or energy operations
  • Strong knowledge of workplace safety standards and field practices;

  • Ability to lead teams, organize tasks, and make decisions under pressure;

  • Clear and effective communication skills across all organizational levels;

  • Availability to work on a local basis in Guyana.
