What are you going to do
- Act as the primary technical contact for customers throughout the entire lease lifecycle (8-12 years).
- Conduct regular visits to depots to inspect trains and maintenance processes.
- Monitor fleet performance and ensure technical compliance and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to resolve technical issues.
- Provide proactive support and guidance to customers on technical matters.
- Travel monthly to Cologne for internal coordination and reporting.
Essential skills and knowledge
- Degree in mechanical engineering or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3-5 years of relevant professional experience in a technical or operational role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a hands-on mentality.
- Proficient in using digital tools and systems.
- Fluent in Czech and English; German is a plus.
- Willingness to travel regularly within the Czech Republic and occasionally to Germany.
