Introduction

The Finance Manager leads the in-country finance function, providing strategic financial oversight and operational excellence. Ensuring financial integrity, regulatory compliance, and performance improvement while fostering a collaborative, high-performing team. What are you going to do

Plan, implement, and oversee the company's financial strategy to support sustainable, long-term business growth.
Prepare and analyze financial reports (balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements), ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with accounting standards and policies.
Develop, manage, and monitor company budgets; provide clear reporting to Project Managers and other stakeholders, and analyze actuals versus forecast.
Maintain comprehensive and accurate financial records, ensuring proper documentation and internal controls over all transactions.
Lead internal audits, coordinate with external auditors, and ensure all audit requirements and deadlines are met.
Ensure full compliance with financial laws, tax regulations, and all relevant corporate governance standards.
Ensuring that safety protocols and procedures are followed at all times, and actively promoting a safe working environment for all employees.

Essential skills and knowledge

A strategic finance leader with at least 15 years of experience, including significant leadership experience.
Proven track record in driving transformation, financial optimization, and best practice implementation within multinational or complex business environments.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and business acumen.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence key stakeholders across various functions.
