Introduction

The Finance Manager leads the in-country finance function, providing strategic financial oversight and operational excellence. Ensuring financial integrity, regulatory compliance, and performance improvement while fostering a collaborative, high-performing team. The role requires a strong command of financial systems, attention to detail, and a passion for driving continuous improvement through technology.

What are you going to do 

  • Plan, implement, and oversee the company's financial strategy to support sustainable, long-term business growth.
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports (balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements), ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with accounting standards and policies.
  • Develop, manage, and monitor company budgets; provide clear reporting to Project Managers and other stakeholders, and analyze actuals versus forecast.
  • Maintain comprehensive and accurate financial records, ensuring proper documentation and internal controls over all transactions.
  • Lead internal audits, coordinate with external auditors, and ensure all audit requirements and deadlines are met.
  • Ensure full compliance with financial laws, tax regulations, and all relevant corporate governance standards.
  • Ensuring that safety protocols and procedures are followed at all times, and actively promoting a safe working environment for all employees.

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • A strategic finance leader with at least 15 years of experience, including significant leadership experience.
  • Proven track record in driving transformation, financial optimization, and best practice implementation within multinational or complex business environments.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and business acumen.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence key stakeholders across various functions.
