Key Responsibilities:
Participate in safety initiatives and promote the elimination of Life Altering Hurts, ensuring alignment with Personnel Safety Management System (PSMS) principles during project planning.
Support project cost and schedule deliverables aligned with Global Projects Delaware Project Building Blocks.
Contribute to early-stage project development, including permitting, cost estimation, and scheduling deliverables.
Monitor and track pre-funding integrated project schedule changes, and help develop resolutions with stakeholders.
Track the completion status of pre-funding execution deliverables.
Participate in pre-funding meetings related to permitting and stakeholder alignment.
Provide support to the Execution Engineer and ensure coordination between project planning and execution functions.
Represent Delaware Projects in project alignment activities, including early issue identification, resolution planning, and Long Lead Equipment (LLE) identification.
Participate in pre-funding change management, schedule development, and stakeholder meetings; support follow-up activities.
Collaborate with Regulatory, Land, Air, and Commingling teams to ensure alignment on permitting and compliance deliverables.
Participate in construction site field walks and submit safety observations as required.
Support process stewardship and improvement initiatives related to the Global Project systems.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
Experience in project execution and planning (Project Engineer, Construction Engineer, Project Controls Engineer, or Execution Engineer preferred).
Strong knowledge of project planning and execution processes.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote, SharePoint).
Excellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
Ability to spend approximately 95% of time in the office and 5% at field sites.
