As an ECOM Database Coordinator, you will oversee the daily management and updating of the ECOM database, ensuring data integrity and accuracy. You will work closely with various departments to coordinate data flow between the ECOM database and the completion system, facilitating smooth project tracking and reporting. Your responsibilities will include monitoring data entries, troubleshooting discrepancies, generating reports, and supporting system upgrades and enhancements. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication to collaborate effectively across teams.

Essential skills and knowledge 

- Proven experience working with database management, preferably with ECOM databases - Familiarity with completion systems and their integration with databases
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy - Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel; experience with database software is a plus - Effective communication skills to liaise with cross-functional teams
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve data inconsistencies quickly - Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Information Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
