What are you going to do
- Manage the design process across all project phases - from concept to completion
- Coordinate design consultants, authorities, and internal stakeholders
- Review drawings and documentation to ensure design intent and constructability
- Lead design meetings, monitor progress, and resolve design challenges proactively
- Drive innovation and practical design solutions to achieve best project outcomes
Essential skills and knowledgeÂ
- 5+ years experience as a Design Manager on towers
- Background in large-scale residential apartments and mixed-use developments
- Consistently completed complex projects over $300 million
- Strong understanding of construction methodology and buildability principles
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Tertiary qualification in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management
