Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Contracts Lead II to join our team in Spring, TX (Main Campus). In this role, you will manage a portfolio of agreements and new requests, ensuring efficient and effective procurement of goods and services - from purchase to pay.
Manage a portfolio of contracts, including new requests, renewals, amendments, and pricing updates.
Negotiate contract pricing, terms, and conditions directly with suppliers while collaborating with internal stakeholders to achieve the lowest total system cost and mitigate supply and legal risks.
Execute Procure-to-Pay (PtP) processes in full compliance with the Sourcing & Acquisition Handbook and CIMS (Controls Integrity Management System) guidelines.
Leverage procurement tools and processes to ensure the most effective and compliant purchasing methods.
Monitor contract compliance and supplier performance, addressing issues proactively to ensure optimal service delivery.
Identify opportunities to create business value and implement process improvements across the contract portfolio.
Support strategic and commercial category guidance by sharing market intelligence and portfolio insights.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with both internal clients and external suppliers to align with business line expectations.
Ensure transactional efficiency by maximizing system capabilities and automation opportunities.
Provide leadership in implementing fit-for-risk improvements and ensuring continuous alignment with company objectives.
