Introduction

What are you going to do 

As the Construction Project Manager, you will lead all phases of project execution from mobilization to mechanical completion, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency are maintained at every step. Your focus will span:

  • Directing the full scope of construction project management - safety, QA/QC, subcontractor coordination, change management, and schedule/budget adherence.
  • Representing client in all interactions with local authorities and stakeholders throughout the construction phase.
  • Leading a cross-functional construction team and ensuring effective communication across all internal and external partners.
  • Tracking project KPIs and delivering regular updates to senior leadership and client stakeholders.
  • Anticipating challenges and developing recovery plans to mitigate delays or budget risks.
  • Running effective meetings, ensuring alignment with subcontractors, vendors, and internal functions.
  • Managing project budgets with discipline and transparency.
  • Mentoring field staff and offering performance feedback to support continuous improvement.
  • Upholding high standards of safety, quality, and operational excellence.

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • At leasat 7 years of experience managing construction projects valued at $100 million or more.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Strong leadership presence with a broad understanding of multiple construction disciplines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools; experience with specialized systems is a plus.
  • Skilled communicator with the ability to influence and collaborate across departments and contractors.
  • Solid track record of proactive problem-solving and delivering results under pressure.
  • Able to work and lead effectively in a site-based, field-driven environment
