Introduction
We are recruiting a Construction Engineer to join one of our leading multinational clients and their expanding team. This position is based in Pune and offers an excellent opportunity for experienced proposal management professionals in the Conventional Energy sector.
What are you going to do
Position: Construction Engineer.
Contract: On Contract role.
Responsible for supporting the delivery of reliability and maintenance activities, using basic technical and analytical capabilities to provide guidance on the best approach to ensure the safety, efficiency and reliability of operations. The Planner is responsible for processing quality work orders and producing work packs, following the Work Management standard, that significantly attribute to safe and reliable operations.
Essential skills and knowledge
- Bachelors in engineering (Construction Engineer/Structural Engineer/Piping Engineer)
- 5+ years of relevant technical field experience (Construction and Process Plant experience could be considered)
- Piping/Structural knowledge, including understanding and practical application of Piping and fabrication codes/standards associated with hazardous industries.
- Ability to read and interpret Engineering drawings including Isometrics, piping support drawings, P&IDs, GA’s, Plot plans and layout schematics.
- Excellent Computerized systems skills .
- Knowledge of Maintenance management System i.e. SAP/Maximo.
- Good communication skills for onshore and offshore interfaces.
