About this role

  • Manage daily on-site operations of custom residential construction projects.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and trades to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Maintain strict quality control standards and compliance with project specifications.
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure adherence to safety regulations and building codes.
  • Liaise with clients, architects, and internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, schedules, and report

Is this you?

  • Current QBCC Site Supervisor or Builder License (mandatory).
  • Proven experience supervising custom or luxury residential buildings.
  • Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction processes in Queensland.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to craftsmanship.
  • Valid driver's license and own reliable transport.
