Are you ready to be at the forefront of digital transformation for a major banking organisation? As the Program Coordinator, you'll play a pivotal role in high-visibility projects, handling project analysis, reporting, implementation, and administrative tasks.

About this role

  • Collaborate closely with the Program Manager and Project Managers to ensure projects meet the highest client standards
  • Analyse and report on performance data to provide insights into the overall program health
  • Assist in financial reporting, helping to collate data for month-end reports
  • Track and manage dependencies across projects within and outside the program
  • Support Project Managers in mobilising new projects, meeting stage gate criteria, and successfully closing out completed projects

  • Highly organised professional with exceptional time management skills.
  • Ability to manage conflicting priorities and meet business deadlines.
