We are seeking an experienced Digital Delivery Partner to lead the delivery of digital solutions across a large enterprise environment within a global energy organisation. This role is responsible for ensuring digital initiatives are delivered successfully from concept through to implementation while aligning with business strategy and delivering measurable value.
As the Digital Delivery Partner, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of digital initiatives, ensuring solutions align with enterprise standards and deliver tangible business outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
Support early-stage digital discovery and opportunity framing, providing delivery insights including timeline, resource requirements and delivery approach.
Perform business analysis to understand stakeholder requirements and identify solution options.
Support solution and vendor selection processes, including RFPs and tender activities.
Develop Digital Solution Proposals, including cost, time and resource estimates to support investment decisions.
Lead the end-to-end delivery of digital projects, ensuring alignment with delivery frameworks and governance standards.
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets and resource allocation models.
Manage project resources across a variety of commercial and delivery arrangements.
Build strong relationships with stakeholders across business and technology teams.
Proactively manage project risks, issues and dependencies to maintain delivery momentum.
Maintain clear documentation and reporting to support governance and project visibility.
Ensure successful transition of delivered solutions into operational support teams.
Manage vendors and delivery partners to ensure alignment with contractual obligations and delivery expectations.
Essential:
Significant experience delivering digital or technology projects within enterprise environments.
Strong project management and delivery governance capability.
Proven experience managing stakeholders across business and technology teams.
Strong vendor and contract management experience.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Experience managing delivery teams including external vendors or offshore service providers.
