An established mining equipment engineering and manufacturing business with a strong international presence is seeking an experienced Senior Manager - Project Delivery & Commercial to lead the successful execution of complex mining and mineral processing capital equipment projects.
This is a highly influential role responsible for ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget and to specification. Working across a portfolio of concurrent mining equipment and engineered-to-order projects, you will play a critical role in aligning engineering, supply chain and project teams to achieve consistent delivery outcomes.
Reporting directly to the CEO, this position will strengthen project governance, improve delivery discipline and ensure strong commercial performance across the organisation's global mining project portfolio.
Operating within a highly engineered, custom project environment supporting mining operations and mineral processing clients, you will oversee projects at varying stages of delivery while proactively managing risk, client expectations and commercial performance.

You will bring a strong blend of technical project delivery expertise within the mining sector combined with strong commercial leadership capability.
You will likely come from a mining equipment OEM, mineral processing, heavy engineering, or mining capital equipment environment, where projects are engineered-to-order and require close coordination between engineering, supply chain, manufacturing and project teams.
