Introduction

We're hiring an Environmental Solutions (ES) Field Specialist for an offshore role in Victoria and Perth, Australia. The role involves operating and maintaining drilling waste management equipment. Requires 6+ years of offshore Solids Control experience, a mechanical/electrical background, and valid offshore certifications.

About this role

  • Operate, monitor, and maintain Environmental Services (ES) equipment at the wellsite.
  • Advise customers on product applications, installation, and troubleshooting.
  • Conduct inspections, testing, servicing, and repairs to ensure equipment functionality.
  • Assemble and install equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
  • Manage spare parts and maintain accurate documentation for traceability.
  • Prepare operational and technical reports and analyze system performance data.
  • Liaise with operator and contractor personnel on procedures and service requirements.
  • Monitor competitor activity and support continuous improvement of ES operations.

Is this you?

  • Minimum 5 years' experience with all solids control equipment in remote locations
  • At least 6 years' field and offshore experience as an ES Field Specialist in Solids Control Operations
  • Valid certifications: BOSIET, MSIC, CSTP, and OGUK medical
  • Strong knowledge of drilling rigs, components, drilling operations, fluid systems, and waste management techniques
  • Skilled in solids control pump installation
  • Capable of equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, preparation, and dispatch
  • Committed to high-quality service delivery in safety, efficiency, and performance at the wellsite
