About this role

Bring your expertise and passion to a team where HSE is a genuine priority and where you can have a real positive influence. This role is integral to help support and guide a team with a mature HSE culture on modern risk management practices and an evolution to Safety 2.0 principles.
Essential Responsibilities:-

Work closely with frontline and management team driving HSE excellence across a business where everyone is responsible for HSE.
Coach and mentor supervisors and managers on building a strong HSE culture and accountability for HSE in their areas.
Work closely with local and regional HSE teams as well as SME on specific risks relating to a Oil & Gas supply base.
Provide support to and participate in emergency response arrangements, including the development and maintenance of procedures and training. 
Develop and deliver HSE awareness and workforce engagement programmes as required. 
Focus on the Health aspects of HSE especially mental health promotion among the site.

Is this you?

NEBOSH or Cert 4 in OHS Certificate or equivalent or
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
Min 5-10 of working experience related with HSE background
Strong oral and written communication skills.
